Aerial Photography
We do aerial photography of real estate and events for a wide variety of customers ranging from home-owners, farmers, real estate agents, construction companies, and more. These photos can be for personal use such as hanging on the wall, building inspections of roofs or chimneys, construction progress reports, and more.

Aerial Videography
We also make aerial videos for home owners, farmers, real estate agents, construction companies, and more for purposes of marketing, inspections, construction progress, and so on.

Photogrammetry
We also provide a full range of photogrammetry services and we can use our photogrammetry
software to make digital 2D maps and 3D models of just about any property. Our digital 2D maps can be true color 2D maps or color-coded maps showing terrain height or plant health.

IR and LiDAR
IR and LiDAR services are available provided there is enough lead time. These services are not available on short notice.

Virtual Tours, as drawn CAD models, and building digification
With our new hand held Lidar scanners we can create as drawn CAD models easily and quickly saving architects and engineers lots of field time. We can also take those CAD models and put them into the Unreal game engine in order to make complete 3D tours of a building. The digification process can be used for construction and historical preservation purposes.

Service area
We serve the state of New York (outside NYC and surrounding areas), Vermont, and parts of Connecticut with reasonable travel fees if outside of Clinton County NY and Grand Isle VT. Other areas also served on occasion include areas around Marietta GA. Work outside of those areas is handled on a case by case basis.

Of note
If you use our photogrammetry capability to do a land survey for a construction project you must
have a land surveyor sign off. All we can do is take all the measurements and provide them to a land surveyor.
